Information
1、將硫磺、促進劑TMTD, PIB2300以1: 1: 2的配比在室溫條件下用開口反應器攪拌成均勻膏狀母膠，取出后備用。
2、用開煉機將基體材料混合均勻后，依配方加入氧化鋅、硬脂酸、抗氧劑1010,碳酸鈣和炭黑，后加入配方中30%的PIB2300,混合均勻后出膠備用。
3、將步驟2的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠料切碎成邊長3cm的碎塊，置于開口反應器中，并再將配方中350/a的PIB2300倒入開口反應器，插入金屬田字攪拌漿，將反應器開口用法蘭合上，用加熱套200℃加熱，并轉動攪拌槳，充分攪拌2小時后將配方中剩余35%的PIB2300加入開口反應器，繼續攪拌2小時。
4、準備加入硫化劑與硫化促進劑的母膠，為了防止提前起硫，需要將開口反應器的加熱套溫度降低至120℃后再加入硫化劑、硫化促進劑母膠，高速攪拌至均勻后出膠冷卻。
5,混煉結束后停放，并依照硫化曲線所得數據在170攝氏度下用烘箱熱處理，以模擬混煉膠涂敷在輪胎內側后烘烤的過程。
此混煉過程也可通過密煉機完成，但密煉機在高溫下，漏料嚴重，難以清洗，損失較大，且PIB的添加需要分成更多次才能混合均勻，否則會產生打滑，無法混勻。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠料低溫混煉法
1、用開煉機將基體材料混合均勻后，依配方加入氧化鋅、硬脂酸、抗氧劑1010.碳酸鈣和炭黑、促進劑和硫化劑，加入配方中40%的PIB2300。
2、在開煉機上分三次加入P1B2300，最后在開煉機上獲取膏狀硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠料，調大輥距以方便出膠。
3、由于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠料需要加入IOOphr以上的PIB2300，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠料在開煉機上及其難以操作，故第2步也可在密煉機中進行，由于硫磺己經加入，故不能高溫混煉。將步驟I制備的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠料切碎后放入密煉機，分多次加入PIB2300，待扭矩平穩后再加入下一批。
4,混煉結束后停放，并依照硫化曲線所得數據在170攝氏度下用烘箱熱處理，以模擬混煉膠涂敷在輪胎內側后烘烤的過程。
由于密煉機的剪切力小于開煉機，因此每次能吃料的量有限，且PIB2300為粘稠液體，易發生打滑，故需要分多次添加。www.pegeankoch.com
