1、本文的研究旨在制備一種以聚異丁烯系列材料為基體的微交聯型自修復輪胎聚氨酯密封膠膠料,通過不同混煉和工方式找到制備效果較好較快的工藝方法。
2、調整聚氨酯密封膠膠料中丁基橡膠和中分子量聚異丁烯兩種基體的配比,討論基體材料配比和中分子量聚異丁烯分子量以及低分子量聚異丁烯用量對氣密膠性能的影響規律,討論硫化劑用量與正十二硫醇改性對聚氨酯密封膠膠料性能的影響規律,找到性能較為平均,自修復自封堵性能較好的制備配方,探究各組分用量對聚氨酯密封膠膠料性能影響的原因與規律。
3、探究評價自修復輪胎聚氨酯密封膠膠料性能的表征方法,證明本文制備的氣密膠高溫下抗流動性和回彈性優于市售熱熔型產品。
課題意義和創新點。
1、在傳統熱熔型自修復輪胎聚氨酯密封膠膠料的基礎上以聚異丁烯系列材料為基體加入了微交聯結構,解決了熱熔型自修復輪胎聚氨酯密封膠膠料高溫下流淌失效的問題。
2、通過Thiol-ene點擊反應改性微交聯自修復輪胎聚氨酯密封膠膠料,能夠在對聚氨酯密封膠膠料本體強度影響較小的情況下降低聚氨酯密封膠膠料模量、增加聚氨酯密封膠膠料粘性。
3、設計制備了在實驗室可進行操作的測試自修復輪胎聚氨酯密封膠膠料自修復自封堵性能的小型實驗設備,并對本文制備的聚氨酯密封膠膠料自封堵性能進行了表征測試。
在一些與自修復防爆輪胎相關專利中,例如朱淵等會使用專用熔桶進行長時間高溫攪拌進行混合加工,部分輪胎自封堵聚氨酯密封膠膠料生產廠家會用反應釜進行高溫攪拌或用密煉機、捏合機進行混料。參照他們對于聚氨酯密封膠膠料的混合方法,本文利用開口反應器進行了高溫加工工藝的嘗試。
由于本文制備的聚氨酯密封膠膠料需產生微交聯結構,故加工工藝會在熱熔型氣密膠的基礎上進行變化,加工裝置示意圖如圖2-1所示。www.pegeankoch.com
