從圖2可以看到,Si-A1(OH):的初始脫水溫度為298.5℃;升溫至341.7℃時,質量損失28.2%;升溫至900℃時,質量損失35.5%。這一表現與未經表處理的Al(OH)3完全一致,說明表面改性沒有影響無機粒子的耐熱性能,據此可以推測Si-Al(OH)3與Al(OH)3的阻燃性能基本一致。FS-1和FS-2阻燃性能對比測試結果也驗證了這一點。此外,比較FS-1和FS-2的外觀,可以發現FS-1表面有密集的小顆粒,FS-2表面均勻細膩。經過改性以后,粉體與聚氨酯密封膠的相容性大大改善,更容易在聚氨酯密封膠中分散均勻,FS-2相對FS-1外觀得到改善。與之相關的一些理化性能數據如表2所示。從表2中的數據可以看出,FS-2的下垂度得到大幅改善,同時擠出性略有增大。經過表面改性的Si-A1(OH)3在聚氨酯密封膠中應用,可對其理化性能起到一定的改善作用。下垂度的大幅改善,為聚氨酯密封膠的配方設計提供了更多空間,更能滿足用戶填縫密封的施工性需求;而較好的擠出性,有利于在注膠施工過程中省力省時。對FS一1,FS-2,FS-3,FS-4,FS-S,FS-6和FS-7同時做力學性能和阻燃性能測試,對比Al(OH)3,Si-Al(OH)3,Si-Al(OH)3與MA協同阻燃劑體系的各項性能。其中,FS-1添加的是未表面處理的Al(OH)3,其他試樣添加的是硅烷偶聯劑改性的Si-Al(OH)30FS-3,FS-4,FS-S,FS-6和FS-7阻燃劑總添加量均為120份。詳細測試結果匯總于表3中。對比表3中的數據,可以看出:FS-1的最大強度為1.28MPa,拉伸強度最高。添加Si-Al(OH)3的FS-2與FS-1相比,最大強度稍有下降,為1.12MPa;伸長率有較大幅度提升,最大強度伸長率大幅提高到92%}>經表面改性后,極可能是因為氫氧化鋁無機粒子與聚氨酯密封膠的相容性得到改善,使得聚氨酯密封膠的伸長率得到提升。www.pegeankoch.com
